Afaji reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time without prior notice; continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

All content and materials contained on the Afaji platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the overall design (the “Afaji Content”), are owned or licensed by Afaji and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Afaji name and logo are trademarks of Afaji. You may access and use the Afaji Content solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with the purpose of the Service. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, republication, or commercial use of Afaji Content without express written consent is prohibited. User-provided content remains the property of its respective owners, and you grant Afaji a license to display and use such content in connection with the Service, subject to applicable privacy settings and rights granted to you by law.

Third-Party Links and Google Play Apps

Afaji functions as an app discovery platform that provides information and links to applications hosted on Google Play. Afaji does not host, store, manage, or control these apps, nor does it guarantee their availability, security, performance, or suitability. Access to and use of third-party apps are governed by the Google Play Terms of Service and the developers’ privacy policies. Afaji may present app details, ratings, reviews, and other metadata to assist you in making informed decisions, but such content does not constitute an endorsement by Afaji. We may remove or modify app listings at any time and for any reason without notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” AFaji DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND TITLE. AFaji DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. USE OF THE SERVICE AND ANY THIRD-PARTY APPS ACCESSED THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AFaji AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERUPTION. IN NO EVENT SHALL AFaji’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE EXCEED AN AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, TO AFaji DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Afaji is incorporated, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in such jurisdiction, or in accordance with applicable arbitration provisions, if any.

Termination

Afaji may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and provisions intended to survive termination shall continue in effect.

Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Afaji regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Afaji may assign or subcontract its rights or obligations under these Terms without notice.
